Design Leadership
Understanding each person’s unique strengths, interests, and opportunities for improvement illuminates their path forward. My role is to identify the goals along that path and provide guidance, support, and feedback to help them reach the next one.
I help designers and researchers understand…

What tools and processes are right for this project?

About Christopher
Hi! I’m a Seattle-based product designer and design leader with a proven track record of success.
I’m a musician who has visited all 50 states, is quick with a joke (maybe too quick), and I want to talk to you about the last movie you watched and your favorite local pizza spot.
Across B2B, B2C, SaaS, ML, AI, mobile, web, tiny startups, mid-size orgs, and big companies, I’ve led design and shared in many achievements along the way. With each new challenge, I learn new skills and find new ways to solve problems and maximize available resources.
I love nurturing fellow designers, collaborating across teams, and finding where engaging user experiences and business success intersect.
Above all else, I value doing good work.

I like talking about pizza, scary movies, not-scary movies, your favorite music, and the under-appreciation of physical media.
